Here is one which I found to be "on the money".
"If you're a property speculator in Australia you were safe whichever way this stupid election went.  And if you're a first home buyer, you just got bent over again, the way you've been bent over in Australia since roughly 1996 whether it was Labor or the Liberals doing the proctology.

Property prices, and not doing anything about them, was the one subject that mattered to these lying swine.  I know that because it was the one subject both parties agreed on.  And I know that because that's the one thing neither of them wanted to talk about.  Because both of them wanted/have policies that will push up the price of houses or flat out make the government a co-owner of your property if you take up a first time loan.

Oh, don't get angry at the reds and blues for this.  They were only responding to political necessity.  The "Green", "disenchanted" voters who wanted the Liberals out were insignificant next to the hordes of crumbling Baby Boomers and impoverished Gen X types also voting.  These latter two cohorts' retirement depends on what they get for their 50 year old family home when they sell it ( and move into one of the elder-abuse hotspots we call aged care facilities in this country).

You can afford to annoy knuckledraggers in Western Sydney.  You can't afford to annoy most of the 60something crowd who'll be knocking on your door for pensions en masse if you deep-six their one significant "investment".  The value of most family homes on the East Coast, if not across Australia, is now tied to a multibillion, multigenerational Ponzi property speculation game.  This game keeps the four banks richer than Croesus but puts 30 year financial chains on any poor bastard who wants to buy a house somewhere within 50 miles of a major city.  Labor learned their lesson when they went to the last election with Creepy Bill Shorten suggesting that negative gearing be repealed.  They got smashed, for that reason and no other, no matter what anyone says.

Australia's economy lives or dies on two things: iron ore and the 4 big banks that own 90% of the mortgages people are on in Australia.  Any government tries to mess with the set of incentives and structures that leave first home buyers having to pay literally a million dollars to buy a chithole in central Sydney, that government is shown the door very shortly thereafter ... or gets a nice word in the ear to consider "alternative measures".  Julia Gillard, first female PM, had a rush of blood to the head and actually tried to put a carbon tax in at the urging of her idiot Greenie supporters.  She was knifed very quickly and we got to sit through the second coming of the Chinese Ambassador to Australia, Kevin Rudd, back in the job.

The message was simple: don't funk with the iron ore export industry, don't funk with property prices, and we'll let you tinker around with ICACs, NDIS, and other meaningless schemes that actually do nothing about people's wealth or comfort in this country.  Labor and Liberals learned their lessons from that....."
All we have to do now is sit back and wait for the entire joint
to collapse...oh and count the days before Albo is conned into
the US/China war.....

I will not elaborate on his hubris and numerous faults....
Suffice for me to say that commentators twelve months ago were
examining margins in numerous seats and pointing out that when
an election was called the government would be in trouble....

The bat guano crazy Greens got more power (thanks to the young) because they claim they want to legalize marijuana but the Greens main aim is to ruin Australia with their platform of reducing military spending (with China on the doorstep) to bolster the foreign aid budget (more 'refugees' on welfare), unrealistically fight climate change and promote fluid gender equity.

If gender is so fluid and it's ok for biological men to compete against women in sport why are they all congratulating themselves about the hoardes of 'strong' women who are now going to be in top jobs?  Look at all these wonderful strong women now in charge just because they are women.  Let's clap ourselves on the back.  Shouldn't their biology be irrelevant?

This country is in a mess and it will only get worse.
Inflation...rising interest rates...cost of petrol...food shortages
probably until the end of next year...war with China looming
on the horizon...cost of housing will rise...unemployment
will continue to rise..
And I havent mentioned our usual fires and floods and
covid issues...(no jab no job mandates)....
