Mental illness.

I guess the lockdowns, plus the howling mobs, plus all the social anarchy...is making some people literally crazy for acceptance.

They somehow come to the conclusion that this will do it. Not consciously...it bakes. They're mentally ill, remember.

And they do it - and apparently the surgery is paid for by government, I don't know how - and then, they can move on to the next stage.

Suicide. Because they mutilated themselves, both physically and with hormones.
