If the Democrats give Maxine a pass, that will make them look like idiots for impeaching Trump. I don't think anything can stop them from looking like idiots at this point.

How embarrassing will it be to Maxine and to democrats for the trial to be thrown out? It's all because of her. I hope and pray it turns out that way.

I hope they are hoisted on their own petard.

Maxine is doing exactly what Democrats want her to do. The judge will either knuckle under ...........or he's done judging. That's how it works.

The brazen arrogance of these lunatics just shows how much they believe they are beyond reproach in all things.

They scream insurrection and cancel Trump for things he didn't even say yet smugly and openly call for violence themselves without fear of reprisal.

This judge is safe. The jury is safe. They are going to issue a guilty verdict in spite of evidence that would say otherwise.

The judge won't throw out this trial. He just gave them an in for an appeal. That's all he's done.

Seriously.      And as if it's possible these days to get away from the news.  Heck, all the jurors would have to do is look out the window.

Waters just handed the defense a huge tool that can overturn a conviction. The judge could also call this a mistrial because one of the jurors was attacked last night. Perhaps that's what she wants, another reason to burn Minnesota to the ground in a cleverly calculated political move.

Not having followed this trial at all, I wouldn't know if that is true or not.
