i can prove vlad is smart and not stupid. he most recently seized 90% of ukraines electrical generation intact. and yes, maybe thats why he did not send troops to poltova. due to his destroying the bio labs. id think IF this wet dream were indeed real, we wouldve seen a locations list by now. so..........prolly not.

If the United States Dept. of Defense didn't build labs there, they financed labs in both the Ukraine and China. The MSM of course dances over this, ignores it and "misinforms" the public every chance they get. The MSM has ran stories claiming that the United States has not "built" any labs in either place but, they have NOT claimed that the U.S. wasn't providing funding.
