Genesis is copied from earlier mesopotamian myths? Empty Genesis is copied from earlier mesopotamian myths?

I see this all the time.   and the answer is no.

https://answersingenesis.org/the-flood/genesis-mesopotamian-flood-myths/

Here's the deal.  God did the creating and as his creation..man...spread out according to God's instructions,,especially after the expulsion from the garden and then the flood, when man got further and further away from the true story of creation and they began to fill in what they'd forgotten or fictionalize from man's point of view what they didn't understand.

After a time, God knew that he would have to set the record straight and that's what he did when he inspired Moses to write down the true account.  If you read the article at the link you'll see the big differences between the accounts of men and God's account.

Did Genesis steal from the Enuma Elish?

https://answersingenesis.org/genesis/enuma-elish-did-it-influence-genesis/

A significant problem for believing Enuma Elish is the background or conceptual worldview for Genesis 1 is that there is no consensus on the date of its composition. It has been dated to around 1800 BC24 and 1100 BC.25 If Enuma Elish was composed around 1100 BC, then it comes 300 years after Moses wrote the Torah (c. 1400 BC) and therefore cannot be the background to Genesis 1.26 Enuma Elish is most likely a distorted version (or cultural memory) of the original event of creation that was passed down among the unbelieving nations after the tower of Babel and corrupted and distorted over time (cf. Romans 1:21–23). Since the events of creation, the flood, and the dispersion at Babel occurred in history, we should not be surprised to find some reference to these in and throughout the *ANE.

Atheists, unbelievers, agnostics, etc. will claim all sorts of things that they believe will justify their unbelief, lifestyle, criminal history, etc. If it's not one thing, it will be another. The book of Romans talks about that "man is without excuse".

The harshest words in the Bible are "depart from me, I never knew you".

Is there TRUTH in the 'myth' of Genesis

was being interviewed on radio by a minister who asked if I accepted that Christians can have different views of baptism, eschatology, speaking in tongues, Sabbath day, and a number of other issues. He said there are different Christian denominations that have differences in regard to theology in various areas. I acknowledged that this was so. He then said that in the same way, Christians can have different views on Genesis.

No...and read on for his explanation.
