Can Govts worldwide stop computer/net scams?

Governments are the scam!
They collect the info that infringes upon a person's right to privacy, and individual liberty.

Yeah, we oughta be doing what we can to stop it. It's just that my mood doesn't always follow what I oughta.

Yeah, we oughta be doing what we can to stop it.  It's just that my mood doesn't always follow what I oughta.

Yes, it is tough. And it isn't a daily struggle, but a secondly struggle. I was wrong to make that statement, but......shore did feel good for a moment or so. And there in lies the problem. That moment of "feeling good" negates a whole lot of good actions.

Yeah, the old "What would Jesus do," thing is a struggle. I don't even know if I'm being honest in pointing out that cons need to be exposed for who and what they are, too. Are we supposed to ignore them, hoping they just go away?
