I think it is. Why?  Because he's had a lot of cosmetic surgery.  He had surgery just prior to 2020 run....and possibly 2016 too. I'm nearly one hundred percent sure he's had the eye lid surgery and he's had botox in his chin and cheeks.

See...these procedures don't last long in the really old.   See Pelousy.  She barely got a year out of hers during the scamdemic.
