I keep them both on hand. The red ones for salads and when I want a milder flavor and the brown ones for cooking, sautéing, roasting etc.
They're both always side by side in the supermarket so I grab both.

I wouldn't be without either of them, They both have a treasured place in my pantry, you cant beat a good ole cheese and onion sammy

Rosemary is another herb that is close to my heart, with a nice bit of lamb its magic
Along with bay trees they make great aromatic hedging and edging,, you can drag your hand through them and go on a aromatic pilgrimage
