Well i do too but i used frozen and it was still tasty. I did remove shells and tails from them, they were already de veined but i still ran them under water. Place them in heated saute pan to brown on each side.

Now..you're gonna shoot me for this but it still worked. I had no white wine. I had red...and it was still excellent.

Sounds great to me.
I was thinking, garlic juice may work even better than fresh garlic.
Garlic juice is awesome.

I used to melt a stick of salted butter in a skillet and add plenty of garlic juice. Then saute some shrimp in there. Quick and easy after a long day. Nothing else. No salt. No pepper.

You would think they would be very garlicy, but no. The garlic juice makes them sweet.

When you are drunk and eat it in the "pr(e)-(d)awn hours of the morning.

My sister makes a meat broth and cans it, she freezes all the bones from they food the cook as well as vegetable scraps, and 20 odd chicken feet,  pops them into a large slow cooker for around 10 hours . I had my doubts , She knocked up a batch yesterday and it was  a mighty fine broth, best I've tasted
