Garlic Mushrooms

I lubs me some mushrooms.
I used to saute mushrooms in butter for breakfast .

I love mushroom's I have a few out in the paddocks at the moment will have to do a little harvest'

I came across some ""amanita muscaria"" down the back of the property, these are one of the most easily identifiable mushrooms, bright red cap with white spots on it, the are related to the death cap, but are edible if processed properly, they contain a psychoactive agent, that will cause hallucinations if not removed

I harvested 6 big ones and ate them , tasty enough, and other than having a conversation with a fan tail afterwards they appeared to have no ill effect on me

I didn't like mushrooms as a kid but love them now either sautéed in butter or just raw in a salad.

Garlic goes great with just about anything.

It's an adult taste.

But with garlic and butter...cooked to tender...perfect.
