Crispy Fish Skins Empty Crispy Fish Skins

Received a gift box of dried pollack and crispy fish skins from Korea. Not quite sure what I'm going to do with the dried fish yet. But the crispy fish skins appear to be snacks and my mouth is so confused. Sugar. Sugared fish skins. Crispy Fish Skins 3xd6kr

But the texture is great with the underlying flavor of the fish skins, so as I'm typing this, I'm still shamefacedly crunching away.

I definitely think they would a perfect 10 without the sugar.

Oh, gross. I just looked up one of the ingredients. Trehalose.

He's a polite gentleman. He took it into the other room before he spit it out.

He loves salmon, but doesn't care for other fish. You should have seen the look on his face when we let him try shrimp. Disgust overtook his manners and he spit it right out and looked at us accusingly.
