I'm going to have to put weight on.
My clothes have got too big.

Mind you, I don't have a 2 egg omelette, cheese AND pork sausage for breakfast

Good food.

Protein.

Yes, and fat. Your body needs fat. Fat doesn't make you fat; carbohydrates (including sugar) make you fat.

Count calories and you'll lose weight. I'm doing it...it's not easy; it's hell; but eating rabbit-food is a different kind of hell.

I was 207 lbs, now 183 lbs
Am about 5' 10" tall

It's not been a struggle. I have not deprived myself of anything.
I have always liked good food, as opposed to nice food.
I had calamari and chips at the cafe last night.
Now there is more good food, better balanced meals, am happier with an empty stomach.
