Well....hopefully they NEVER let this dumbass prosecutor forget this. BUT, it's not really true either, how many times have we seen where they let politicians and celebrities turn themselves in? There's always been a double-standard. But just where did these idiots think they were going to hide for an indefinite amount of time? Kinda' bailed on their son too. They helped get him into this, and then when they're going to be held accountable....try to disappear? Nice parents. Guess mom didn't follow her advice to her son: "don't get caught"

Are they charging the kid as an adult...then you can't charge the parents.

and it appears the DA is making up laws as she goes along.   She don't get to do that.   The legislature does that.
