It may be it's in your computer memory cache. Like a picture that Twatter takes down...you looked at it earlier, and it's in your machine's RAM, so you click on it, and RAM pulls it up.

I tried two different browsers. And yes, I've been able to play videos from Rumble.

I use Brave as a browser. Perhaps try that.
