Station 19

I watched this show the other night. It seems to be a spin-off from Greys Anatomy. Maybe half a dozen main characters in the cast. The Captain of the firehouse Station 19 was getting married. Yeah ok.

The Captain turns out to be female and we hear her in the bedroom having sex before the wedding. Grunt grunt moan groan shriek. Yeah ok. Then she walks out of the bedroom with her girlfriend. UGH! So the Captain of the firehouse is female and lesbian and then when we are taken to the wedding one of her small firefighting team is gay and he's in the bathroom sticking his tongue down some other guy's throat.

I am so sick of this woke BS. I really don't care what peoples' sexual orientation and preferences are but it's starting to take over way too much television like it's normal and accounts for 90% of the population.

Meanwhile another show I did actually like got cancelled after only one season for showing up the reality of gun violence amongst minorities in Chicago.

/end rant.

I cringe when i see stuff like that.  It's disgusting.   Women with women, men with men.  Exactly the stuff we see in the Bible AND IN REAL LIFE that means the end of society and that culture.   We seem to be embracing it like all get out.
I've been watching a lot of brit comedy and dramas lately. Of course Doc MArtin which the healthcare system of britain if this show is true to life, is freakin unmaginable. How these folk put up with that is beyond me and i see it coming here.

William and Mary...another Martin Clunes stars as the eponymous character. An undertaker, not too much a problem but mary is a midwife. Terrifying again...the amount of control the gov't has over their lives. Frightening.

The character William has two daughters, Mary has two bi racial sons and as the two principals get together we get to see that the older of the two kids from each side, plot a way to have sex. At under 18 the daughter has a miscarriage i think or an abortion. I think she had an abortion arranged but a miscarriage happened. The parents are clueless. oh well. I hope that is not real life. I hope parents are smarter than these two. Oh...and the boys are having sex in the homes with girlfriends under all their noses. And this is an upper middle class family?? I guess i shouldn't criticize. We're hardly better.

How revolting. Why watch?

I was curious because of the actors. the woman had a brief role in Doc Martin and of course Clunes played doc martin. It began as a sorta love story between the principle characters and then went sideways.

Ah, I see. I can't handle any of that kind of stuff. I can't even stand it if a married couple start getting to the over-share level.
If I want to watch porn, I'll buy porn. Otherwise, leave the slop out.

What do failing belief in the future, morality and ethics look like?

Like nihilism.

Like chaos.

Like...Hollywood.

I don't watch anything. I'm glad to know I'm not missing anything for that.
