Crawfish Bisque
Any seafood can be used.
2 minutes.
One of my favorite meals.
If you have to buy pre-cleaned heads and don't clean them yourself after the crawfish boil, you will find them expensive.
Lots of folks forego stuffing the shells and just make little boulettesf( balls ).
I much prefer eating the stuffing out of the heads. Perfect little serving containers.

Re: Crawfish Bisque
I made some biltong at the weekend as well, I took out a beef roast from the cow I killed a while back and cut a couple of slices of it , It is usually a three or for day process . but I cut them thin and dried it in the oven on fan bake at the lowest temp,, Salt, pepper , coriander, garlic powder and a little sugar soaked it in vinegar and Worcester sauce over night
Damn it was good, Snacked on it all afternoon
