Wish i'd know that over the weekend.  I made it to the car with a case of cat food that i hadn't paid for.  so i put it in the car, noted the price and went back in and paid for it.   They must have laughed after i left.

Many district attorneys are not prosecuting crimes below a certain amount for people they consider poor. (but only if you aren't white)

Most of what gets shoplifted, is hardly necessities.

I don't remember EVER hearing of someone stealing bags of rice. Or even cold chicken out of the Walmart deli. No, it's designer clothes, shoes, handbags...or if the Soros people call a George-Floyd riot, flat-screen tevees. But that kind of shoplifting also generally involves arson.

Which I guess is also forgivable, seeing as how many BLM-Antifa-Soros people got arrested for their firebombing.
