Prevention is better than cure.

How do you maintain wellness?

Prevention of what? I do lots of cardio and some moderate weight lifting in the gym. I try to get enough rest. I started doing cardio in late April. I do 5-6 hours per week. My cholesterol has dropped 66 points and my blood pressure dropped from 140/82 to 102/68. I've even dropped an extra 10 lbs. I've lost 25 lbs this year so far. I was probably going to need to be put on blood pressure medicine if I hadn't started doing something. I guess this is one of the benefits of becoming single. I don't have anybody to take care of me so I become more proactive at taking care of myself.

Wow - that is a terrific result. Very well done.
Your phrase ' ..... some moderate weight lifting ...... ' rings a bell with me.
Doing activities 'moderately' is more enjoyable for me and means I will more likely to do it again in the near future.

I should do more cardio.

There is a bit of cardio happening there.
