4 pieces toasted bread
Bacon for two sandwiches
tomato
ham (optional)
mayo
2 eggs over medium
cheddar cheese (let it melt on the eggs)
Yum.
Apart from the bacon, ham, butter, mayo and cheddar cheese the ingredients are not too bad.
Assuming the bread is wholemeal, rye or the like

yes, well, if you are eating '....bacon, ham, butter, mayo and cheddar cheese .....' eating white or rye bread is immaterial.
