Dawn walk in the Forest

I've got up early for a dawn walk in the local forest.
It's the last cold morning of winter, there are often 'roos there.
The predawn bird chorus has started.
Excited about it

Something like that changes your whole day.

Toward the end I did a few yoga poses.
Was cold so did them easy.

The Warrior, then Triangle, back to warrior, onto reverse Warrior, back to warrior. Did it twice.
Then did the other side. Is a nice sequence that.
Give good stretch of torso, legs, arms.
hah - sort of from your fingers to your toes !!!!!!!

I slept in because I worked last night and I'll be working all night tonight. It's too hot to want to walk outside and I don't like my neighbors, so I hit the treadmill at the gym while I watched HG TV and checked out the women working out. I used to never notice the women.
