Keep it simple. Keep it less.
Fruit, veges, meat (a bit).

Let your stomach be empty for a long period.
Fast for 16 hours, eat for 8 (not continually)

Get used to the feeling that an empty stomach is good

I think the 'dense concentrated take away' food is worse for my weight than 'too much drinking.'

We had a takeaway meal 2 weeks ago, nice local Thai. It took me 3 meals to eat it all. I put a KG on that week.
Last week back to simple happy tummy food. Pretty much lost that kg again.

How I feel after one of our simple meals is totally different to how I feel after a good Take away.
A meal of our Cauliflower rice, veges and chicken and I feel really good 15 minutes after.
It is 'good' for me as opposed to tasting 'nice.'

Good and nice are entirely different concepts.
