PDF links - a library of sorts

I'm setting this thread up for links to pdf, text and doc type files, just add on if you want to share. But link serious helpful files please, as the internet is being censored you may not get another chance do download these types of files.

Some peeps here are a little concerned about all the links you post Leon, But I'm sure you are already aware of that ,

Well it depends what the concern is about, as far as I know the links to files I have posted so far have no copyright issues. Anyway I will just post them on my blog site if that is better.
But I dont see why there shouldnt be a library of sorts whether it be texts or vids seeing as these are locatable by search engines. I can also point out that certain encryption programs and other software could come under this.

 I would think its a concern about virus infection . That's only my take on it
