Residents who have lived their whole lives there are being displaced because the library is pushing up prices on property and rentals they cannot afford.  It's opened the door to greedy developers.   So I guess the noose prank has served its purpose for now.

I don't necessarily agree with the method but at least some protections should be put in place.  You can't gentrify whole neighborhoods in the name of someone like Obama for financial gain without considering the financial impact it has on lifetime residents of these areas.

Um, they use nylon chokers mostly buy also standard rope and use "lots of knots".

Yet, the "government" is not investigating the company.
And the company is not investigating its own riggers.
