I bought some saute pans years ago.

They are really good, I can cook most things in them.

There is a good use for every type of pan made.
I use cast iron for things I want a good "crust" on like Crab cakes and Cornbread.
I use stainless steel for saute if I am using high heat and/or metal utensils.
I use non stick for eggs, and such.
I am thinking about getting some enamel-cast cookware. My Chef buddy loves them.
