BREAKING: Biden AG Threatens PRISON TIME for Anyone Organizing “Election Forensic Audits”

Joe Biden’s Attorney General has just issued a threat to anyone who supports election integrity.

Merrick Garland has threatened prison time for the organizers of “election forensic audits.”

We can only assume that this means the Biden regime is targeting Arizona.

But that’s not all…

They’re also targeting the 10+ states that have signaled that they also want election forensic audits.

These states include Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and many more.

Anyone organizing an election forensic audit could face up to 1 year in prison for each charge AND a $1,000 fine.

Arizona’s Attorney General Mark Brnovich is fighting back.

There are federal criminal penalties attached to willful failures to comply with the retention and preservation requirements of the Civil Rights Act. First, Section 301 itself makes it a federal crime for “[a]ny officer of election” or “custodian” of election records to willfully fail to comply with the retention and preservation requirements. 52 U.S.C. § 20701. Second, Section 302 provides that any “person, whether or not an officer of election or custodian, who willfully steals, destroys, conceals, mutilates, or alters any record or paper” covered by Section 301’s retention and preservation requirement is subject to federal criminal penalties. Id. § 20702. Violators of either section can face fines of up to $1000 and imprisonment of up to one year for each violation.

We don’t know about you, but it us it looks like the Biden administration is scared.

If they have nothing to hide, then why are they so against the audits?

If one case of fraud is proven, it will have a chain-reaction , cascading effect that will destroy the illegitimate administration in place.

Politically , be wary of what is happening with the Dems and Andrew Cuomo in NY and why he's being set up to take a fall . They've got plans for this one and its not for justice . Cuomo knows a lot and they wont stop at merely getting him out . He's dangerous to them , and his brother is also - they see what the Dems are doing and both have a pulpit to get the Dem hidden agenda out there and what the Dem party is doing behind the scenes ,so they need to  dispose of both of them permanently .

Seems to me like this is proof positive that the Beijing administration does NOT want anyone to know the truth. No evidence? If that was really the case, the Beijing administration would have no problem with states doing forensic audits.

This has something to do with that trip Cuomo made to the White House a few months back . Cuomo must have made demands (he needs $25 billion to cover up his budget ) and Biden must have told him to to get lost . Right after that this Marxist NY state  DOJ Leticia started to go after Cuomo . She already ran on the platform of destroying Trump , which made it too obvious when they went after his IRS records and the Trump lovers are not going to stand for it . But lets say she gets rid of Cuomo before they bring up charges on  Trump to show that they're a civil , unbiased lot . Trump won't be able to run for president and the Marxist take over NY . 
Perfect scenario and the Socialist will have 2 confirmed North east Communist states - Vermont and NY and they can start the long sought conversion of America to Communism .

I didn't want to hijack the thread over this . Vermont was a very conservative state not too long ago and my feelings is the Communist had this current take over as part of their famous 50yr plans . Vermont was a small,quiet state and an appealing one that they could start with . Hence putting up a Marxist named Bernie Sanders from Brooklyn NY to run in a state he had no ties to .The plan worked,  they took control , so now lets go to the next jewel and control the financial capitol of Capitalism . They'll take NY with its huge foreign transient NY City population without much of a fight .
