Doing Rack of Lamb Sunday. Gonna rub it with Coriander and Cumin, with Rosemary and Garlic. Little Salt and fresh Black Pepper. Light apple smoke, and medium rare. Quick cook. Grilled Street Corn, (cotija cheese) and Grilled Asparagus. Grilled flatbread with compound garlic butter. Grilled Caramelized Pineapple for desert.

Yep, gonna try Altenmunster Pilsner.  Rich earthy and full of beautiful bitter green hops flavor.  Found it at beerstore.com. 7.50 a bottle. Delicious.
