I got a problem too

Hawk I got a problem too. I got a new tablet and my login doesn't work. I tried a reset but my email Addy isn't recognized. Halp.

Possibly related, my log-in occasionally doesn't register with the site. It's a minor inconvenience to reenter it, but thought this a good place to mention it. No big deal.

When you say reset, do you mean your password?

I'm going to send a new temporary password to your email address. After you log in, go to your settings and change it to the password of your choice. If this doesn't work, let me know. I will check your permissions too.

I log in from outside devices other than my own frequently and never have a problem.

My old tablet started "forgetting" things. It forgot the I had an on line library and thought I had not paid for two audiobooks that I just got.

The Geeks at Best Buy said that the operating system was breaking down. No fix. Get a new one. So I got a new tablet. I got a Samsung Galaxy S7. I highly recommend it.

I have a Galaxy Tab E.
I'll never buy another Fruit Product again, with its unending software updates that force you buy another product needlessly.
