Banana/Egg Pancakes!

german bananas are weird lookin'.

well that looks good but does it look done in the center.  I do my own version of this.

I cook my pancakes or...i prefer this.  I make my own french toast with one egg, vanilla, dash salt, splash of milk..just a leetle.  cook those up.    While pan is still hot put in a little butter, my cut up banananana with more vanilla and saute till lightly brown.  Throw on top of cakes. add a little maple syrup and Voila. I do a very lite version of this so it's very low cal but high in yummy.

it was a pancake pie.

My son got me onto Hello Fresh and he ordered a pancake breakfast from them  for Mother's Day.  I don't think they normally do breakfasts.

Pancakes with a berry compote, hazelnut and pistachio nut crumble and topped with maple syrup and shredded coconut.   Oh and some bacon.  He sent me their breakfast pic.  He should have just invited me for breakfast Lol.

I'll be keeping the recipe for special occasions  :)

Looks good I might even drizzle a little molasses on top.
