Pennsylvania Senate race heads to a recount

Pennsylvania’s Senate race is heading to a recount, with the narrow margin between Republican Dave McCormick and Democratic Sen. Bob Casey triggering it automatically under state law.

I was waiting for this when the Dem wanted to count the provisional ballots with the funny time sigs etc.

I'm trying to figure out how a Pennsylvania Election "official" can defy the Supreme Court with zero consequences...

I know a bunch of people in Pennsy....western pennsy.... they THINK they are democrats and vote that way....but talk to them and they're conservatives...it's makes my head explode.
