Looks like some jarred pork she got out of the cellar. Looked real lean. I see a lot of vids on preserving meat comme ca( like dat) but I've never watched any.  The old folks here always salted or stuck meat in a vat of lard.
Funny how they never dried or smoked too much meat.

I might try it when boneless pork loins go on sale again.

I need to fab up a cooker like that too and find some of those weapons(flat skewers) she's  got. Lol
