thats the most efficiant part of the food. pound for pound the skin has alot more of the nutriants compared to the inside part. when you make your skillet fries next time, dont peel them. theyll taste better that way too.

after germany collapsed in '45, the children would eat the potatos and the adults would gradualy starve by eating the peels.

I don't cook. I microwave but no stove or oven cooking. I can't stand the way cooking stinks up a house and it's messy

you clean your pots and pans and bowls as youre done using them. makes for a long meal preperation ( i cook for four, me, two dogs and a lizard ), but after you enjoy the  tastiness of what you cooked, its just a plate and spoon and cup to clean. a little snack can take half an hour to manage, but the animals dont mind because they are part of the process of socialness. ( i may sound like a fruitbat, but i have three pets who are the happiest animals on the planet ). yes, my lizard knows a good thing when she sees it.
