That will never happen

After Charles, Prince William is next in line to the throne, as he is Charles's eldest son. When William becomes king, Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge will become Queen Consort. William's his eldest son, Prince George, is next in line for the throne, as the couple's first-born child

It's really got nothing to do with who is married or divorced. It's all to do with the line of succession. Harry is 5th in line and unlikely to ever be king.
