1290 Sixth Avenue he can't sell for another 20 years, this is one of his porkies as he said it is cash. Property is not cash anyway.
4–8 East 57th Street - another ground lease. Big tenant is moving out soon

I know this isn't going to make me any more popular on here, but I don't feel the least bit sorry for Trump. If he was even half the businessman he touted himself to be, he wouldn't be in this situation.

This will be an interesting election. One candidate is looking at jail, and the other is looking at a retirement home.

Personally I couldn't give one damn about what property he does or doesn't own.

The Dems are trying to bankrupt him and with massive monetary judgments against him from Democrat judges, Democrat prosecutors and no jury it's obvious what they are doing and that should be of more interest to everyone than his tenancies.
