trump does not pay contractors

One of his many ways in business. A phrase I have heard about him is 'Once you've done business with Trump, you never will again..'.
He used junk bonds to start the work on the Taj, refused to pay many contractors, drove them broke, strung them along as much as he could through the courts.
He often does this. It's profitable for him.
It's effectively theft, same as he stole from a charity he ran. Did you know he is banned from running any charities.
