trump had been committing fraud on a large scale for a long time.
He showed no remorse or contrition, he publicly repeatedly berated the legal system and many within it. He endangered workers of the Legal system.
These all point to the conclusion he WILL reoffend whenever it suits him and has no respect for the rule of law

Judges don't decide what is fraud.

LAWS SPECIFY what is fraud.

When a law is ambiguous or vague, it is challenged and frequently struck down as unconstitutional - "Void for Vagueness" used to be the appeals court doctrine.

Judges do make mistakes, normally they are right. That is their job, they are experts in that field.
Often they know details we do not.

The details of why it was fraud have been well documented by the Judge and not appealed.
