Whistleblower gets terminated for revealing it. Um...when they say 'terminated' exactly which terminated do they mean?

This whistleblower needs to go someplace safe where the CIA doesn't know where he is.

The propagandist, uh, journalist, said a WOMAN claimed sexual harassment.

How do we know it was a woman?

What difference does it make?
