Scourge of the marsh with heavy overpopulation, there is a bounty at The LDWF . All they need to count is the tails. They tear up everything and eat all the vegetation.

Like fireants, you'll never be able to eradicate them. I even saw some in the capitol lakes in Olympia, Washington.

It's good to see them not goiing to waste.
I've cooked and eaten it several times. Slack says it tastes like rabbit. To me, it tastes more like chicken( lol,i i know) with the grain similar to beef brisket.
Very white meat.

Of course here, they are cooking backstraps.
