McCarthy announces retirement from Congress

Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (CA) has announced he is retiring from Congress at the end of the year.

“I have decided to depart the House at the end of this year to serve America in new ways. I know my work is only getting started,” McCarthy wrote in a Wall Street Journal.

Probably deliberately torpedoing his job to make sure the GOP's majority is that much slimmer.

This will leave the GOP with a ONE-SEAT majority.

Democrats would never do their voters like this.

These people don’t give a sh!t about us or the country. In fact, they revel in sticking it to us and the country.

I think they realize that a revolution, maybe a violent one, is in the offing.

They helped create it, and now they're gonna run like hell.

If it goes like it always has, there will not be ONE culprit who is held accountable, that is by humans.

This has the potential to go the way of the French Revolution.  Get people angry enough and  reactions might be hard to predict.

At this point EMPTYG says she hopes no one else dies......well.....i have a different view on that.  I'm not praying for the death of anyone...but i'll be having a celebratory adult beverage if we're lucky enough for that to happen.

Note if you will that no politicians are dying at the rate of entertainers, athletes and young people.
