Were we sold out by the Grant Administration??

Another fool who's hung up on buzzwords, like "corporation."

As if abolishing the TERM would magically change everything.

What is a corporation? A LEGAL CHARTER. An organization cannot run without rules; and corporate rules specify what officers' roles are; what their legal liabilities are; who has final say.

Municipal corporations are the modern alternative to Party Machine politics. The role of Mayor, council members, council president, city manager, if there is one...all are specified. Power is limited by city boundaries. The Police Chief is appointed (or elected, as the charter may specify) The Sheriff has authority, or not, within city limits - based, again, on State constitutions and municipal charters.

The United States is a sovereign entity. If it wants to call itself a corporation, or a regency, or a kumquat, it doesn't MATTER. Our problems are not based in the mysterious Joo-like power of a CORPORATION called the United States - our problems are because our government depends on men of integrity holding key positions.

And we have few and those few have been and are being destroyed. As Franklin (who was not a corporation) said, The Constitution would only work until the People Became Corrupt and required Despotic Government - being incapable of living under any other.

Shootings. For those who haven't been to DC in a long time. It is a cesspool. Don't expect help from the DC police...expect hasselling. The streets are dirty, closed buildings, dirty, crime ridden, unkempt, and inhabited by vermin...all species.
