Cajun Pizza
1-refrigerated, roll-out pizza dough crust
1-8 oz can of tomato sauce
Generous sprinkling of dried oregano and basil on top of T sauce
Generous finely shredded cheese topping
One link(7-8 ounces) of smoked sausage sliced very thinly
2-links(12 ounces) of boudin removed from casing and spread on top in chunks
OMG, the boudin was so crispy.
If i didn't have so much toppings already, i would have added a can of medium or small shrimp.

Re: Cajun Pizza
I gotta stop reading these things. There's so much I can't eat.
Can't eat ice cream. Shouldn't eat potatoes, or not often or many.
Can't have rice.
And pizza is a big-time no-no.
Which is unfortunate for me because it was the brain-dead fallback filler-food, when there wasn't time or will to cook. Just smile and dial, and the local retardate will be delivering Domino's in minutes. Hopefully not with the box upside down.
...ever look up the calorie and carb counts on pizza?
Enjoy it.
...so much ELSE I can't have. I used to love truckstop buffets for breakfast, when traveling...four overloaded plates of biscuits & gravy, eggs & sausage...no can do, now. Two eggs is all I can have mornings.
Getting old...ain't for sissies.
It sucks.

I'm unsure why you can't eat any of those things. Moderation is the key.

I count grams of carbohydrate. I'm trying to keep my daily uptake at under 100 grams.
It's nearly impossible, and absolutely if I eat at all normal. I can have a zero-carb breakfast - two eggs with cheese, bacon, coffee (black) but it's unfulfilling.
Lunch. What can you have for a meal that is carb-free? Peanut butter has carbs, even if you put it on a celery stick. A hamburger or sandwich has bread. Most soups are heavy in carbs.
Dinner. Vegetables have carbohydrates. So does fruit. I like a banana for a number of reasons, somewhere along the day...but, again, carbohydrates.
RELIGIOUS monitoring of carb intake still has be at around 120 or so, most days.
