Arkansas Gov. Sanders Kicks Out Chinese Owned Company

Arkansas announces it is forcing Chinese company to sell off farmland

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced Oct. 17 that Arkansas will require a Chinese-owned company to sell its farmland in Arkansas, saying it will be a first in the nation move that bans foreign parties from "owning agricultural land" in the state.

Sanders claimed Chinese companies operating in the U.S. send back information and technology, "stealing American research and telling our enemies how to target American farms."

"That is a clear threat to our national security and to our great farmers, especially since the Chinese government enacted a law in 2017, requiring Chinese citizens abroad to collaborate with their country's security officials on intelligence work with no questions asked," the governor said.

I knew Gov. Sanders would do us proud, and bless, it's no big surprise that she hasn't let us down.

*In the news conference, she, nor AG Griffin, would state that AR was going after any other companies. Nor would they state that they weren't. Oh how good it would be to see the new owners of Petit Jean to be sent packing.

**I do have a question, though. What's to keep the Chinese from selling to a 'friend' of theirs?

Chinese goods are in virtually every store. There is a reason that the Communists are filling our stores with Chinese garbage. There is also a reason that the Communists are attempting to purchase farmland here in America...
