Sheila Jackson Lee...the dumbest congressmwoeman wants to be mayor of Houston

She once asked whether the Mars Pathfinder would be able to find “the flag the astronauts planted there before”. In remarks to Congress, she pontificated that, “today we have two Vietnams, side by side, North and South, exchanging and working.” And she complained that hurricane names were too “lilly white” and urged that “all racial groups should be represented” proposing Hurricanes “Keisha, Jamal and Deshawn”.

As the possible next mayor of Houston, she will be seeing lots of hurricanes, but it’s the city that will be hit by the catastrophic force of stupidity that is America’s dumbest congresswoman.

With weeks to go, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee is polling a close second at 32% and with her opponent clocking in at 34%, the dumbest congresswoman is within a margin of error (and a runoff) of being the nation’s dumbest mayor.

I would say God help Houston but i'm not sure if God even recognizes it.

Isn't stupidity what the average DNC voter is looking for? And the DNC media LOVES stupid politicians, the stupider the better! After all, it got Fettermen installed, Pelosi installed, AOC installed, Talib installed and Biden installed. If they cannot/will not tell the truth, so much the better!

FWIW...is John Whitmire, related to Kathy Whitmire, mayor of Houston from 1982, for a few years? First female (she/he/it says) mayor of the city. A widowed MILF, IIRC, but of course a Dumbo-cRat. At least Kathy had a background in finance, and could add up a budget.

Yes CJ, all those things. The only enjoyment i get out of it is that Sheila Lee has been denied the spot thinking she had it with the support of clinton, pelosi and jeffries. Quite a loss seein' as she was soundly beaten... no contest.

And a mayor's job, in a city that size, is all but impossible in the best of times. Several million sidewalk superintendents. A whole bunch of Identity-Politics agitators, looking to impose various applications of antiwhite, antimale racism and gender discrimination.

Labor and government-worker unions, all feeling put out because they're required to come in to work. And in the midst of that...the trash must be picked up, crime controlled, and budgets balanced.

A middle-class electorate, focusing on city government as service delivery, would choose a city-manager structure. Run the place like you'd run a business.

But mine-ore-itties on the dark side of the Bell Curve, demand token representation - the only kind that Sheila Jackoff Flea would offer. She'd immediately be in as bad a situation as Eric the shine boy in New York. In over his and her heads, from the first day.
