There are three possible solutions to this riddle. First is, the Netanyahu government ALLOWED this - the Joo-bashers are claiming that, now. Supposedly to give an excuse for Israel to go ballistic, literally.

Second is, gross incompetence. That's POSSIBLE - Israel is 92-percent Jabbed, which probably means a LOT of Brain Fog. Unless the Israeli medics saw the destructiveness in this vetch and just dumped it and used saline on large numbers of people.

IF it IS incompetence, it's a frightening idea, that something this well-choreographed was overlooked. How Woke is the IDF? I don't know.

Third possibility, and it's one I'm thinking is most likely...is that Mossad has gone political. The Netanyahu government is conservative; and there is a strong Leftist movement in Israel, as in all Western nations. So...suppose Mossad WANTED this to happen, to force Netanyahu to resign, or call (and lose) elections?
