It's so bad I do most of my food shopping elsewhere.

For a town with only 75k or so, we have a lot of choices. We have WinCo, a warehouse-style food megastore; Albertsons, which is what it is. We have a Montana local chain, Rosauer's; and we have Yoke's...which is an independent chain from Spokane. They bought out our two local Fresh Market stores. Plus, two independent Whole-Food wannbees...both times I was in those, I bought "healthy" stuff that turned out to be laden with canola or other seed oils. Seed oils are anything BUT healthy. Sugar-free stuff that was sweetened with corn syrup, or other carb-heavy products. Their Keto shelves were limited. So, I no shop there.

The others cost a bit more than Wally World - except for WinCo, which has a tad lower prices but really likes the bottom-shelf brands. So I buy fruits and stuff I know they have, there; and go to Yokes or Rosauer's for other stuff. Meat included, since we lost our local butcher shop.
