Apple pie in a Frying Pan
I don't know if it's pie or cake but it sure does look light and fluffy.

It looks like a pan cake to me and it does look good. I have plenty of apples so I might try it.

Re: Apple pie in a Frying Pan
I made this last night but my gas burner kept going out on low lol. So after turning it back on several times I went to flip it and it all stuck to the plate.
It didn't look so good but it was pretty tasty. He forgot to list 2 tsp of baking powder in his list of ingredients though, which I caught.

Baking soda is 3-4 times stronger than baking powder so you'd need to adjust the quantities because if you use too much baking soda it becomes too acidic and you can taste it.
Personally, I prefer to use neither lol. Usually when I'm baking I just use self raising flour.
What's patayda?

I'm going to need a code book here soon. I'm still trying to figure out who Fat Vicky and Fawn Vanity are!

That's cool!
Long as you don't cook with it.
