Does this mean, if it's determined enough voter fraud occurred, they'll actually look into it and, declare Joe not the legal winner?

well i just learned something.  black people can have rosacea..but it manifests differently than in whiteys.

Blacks get pustules, acne type stuff and hypersensitive skin.  So do whites but they get the red look.

they say you see rosacea in celtic types which i am one. HOWEVER...i have a lot to be thankful for. Mines not near bad as some others.
