First off, that was Jesus Christ the Son of God talking. Secondly He was referring to the fact that He was being crucified. There is absolutely nothing in the Bible that would tell a believer to just allow crime to happen right in front of them. In fact, as a believer we have an obligation to do what we can to stop crime/violence rather than allow it.
