The changed car market Empty The changed car market

Post by Sprintcyclist Sat Jul 01, 2023 8:34 am

A lot has changed in the past 7 years.
Hyundai/Kia has got a LOT better, they are selling many more cars now.
Tesla has appeared on the scene, they are selling lots of cars.
Other specialist Electric cars manufacturers have emerged, they are selling some cars.
Mazda are probably the better car maker now, they are selling very well.

What manufacturers have lost sales.
Honda, Nissan and Ford?

I could see Honda disappearing.
Ford are in big trouble.

Chinese car sales are a highly inflated scam, especially their EVs, most of which are registered and listed as sales and then left to rot in a paddock. I've posted a couple of links and videos about this.

It really is mind-blowing. It redefines "industrial waste" as a primary economic objective. They make cars only to fill quotas for quantity of garbage, and it makes absolutely no sense. Xi should remove himself in shame. No other government could or would do what he has done and not do the honorable thing: kill himself. He has created a huge population of mindless slaves.

Students of political philosophy should blow their brains out. This is your future by their design. It cannot work.

God help mankind. Chi-coms are horrible.

No they aren't, judging from what I've seen.

Apparently there is a glut coming in the new car market.
Car manufacturers are pretty much back to full production.
Due to the economic slowdown worldwide, sales have slowed.

Also apparently EV car makers are not making much money per sale. Hybrid makers are making a profit.
I can see a serious squeeze on new car prices, this will affect the used car markets significantly.

If you have an old car that runs well, stick with it and wait.
