They call this the Daniel Penny Effect but i think more the Alvin Bragg Effect

It appears we may not have discussed the situation where a young man, Daniel Penny subdued an aggressive mentally ill  man, black unfortunately for Daniel, to keep him from attacking passengers whom he was threatening.   Penny put  him in a choke hold and periodically released it to allow him to breathe but he died....and probably because of the amount of drugs in his body.   Daniel is now facing murder charges in NYC. Totally unfair.

This happened yesterday:    a young man, black, gets on the car and slashes a young woman to the bone on her leg.  She is stunned but manages to get video of him on her phone.  He proceeds to attack two other women.  What do the other passengers, particularly males do?  nothing.  Because they know if they do, Alvin Bragg will prosecute them and ruin their lives.

this is no coincidence. Criminals are the preferred class. We are being trained to be victims...quiet, keep your mouth shut, keep your hands to yourselves, VICTIMS.

Daniel penny is being tried for the murder of the crazy guy who was attacking metro passengers. HE IS A HERO.   That Bragg Slug is the prosecutor, naturally.    The officers involved say that the attacker still had a pulse when they came to the scene.  Penny killed no one.  He was protecting for one a mother and child on the metro in addition to others that the attacker was threatening.

The crazy drugged aggressor's name is Jordan Neely. Of course he's dead now, Probably from the drugs. It is an outrage that Penny is having to go through this. Of course the race card was used on Penny and his attorneys.
