Alternatives to meat

Have read a few articles and a book where they said if we eat less meat, that wi.l help the planet and our own personal health.
Having a look for some alternatives to the really nice pork I have in the fridge ready for lunch today.

Mushrooms, jackfruit, tofu, eggplant, lentils, beans, cauliflower, potatoes, beetroot, nuts.


hhmm, I like a few of those things.

No vegetable will ever replace meat and lab grown meat will only give you cancer.

Moderation is the key.
